We just wanted to tell you that we LOVE our new granite. The edges are perfection and the install was excellent all the way around. We know how hard everyone worked all week last week to ensure a smooth installation and it went wonderfully well.
We called Jacques on Sat and told him how much we loved it and how hard everyone has worked on our behalf. As we told Jacques the first time we met him, everyone we have interacted with is so nice. Certainly you and Susan, Jessica, Shannon, the install guys, the template guys, Miguel, Melinda, etc. We also told Jacques that sometimes when you take on a project things happen that you would never expect. It is the way in which a company responds to your concerns that really make the difference. Jacques has been such a stand-up guy about our Crema Bourdeaux and all of you have worked really hard to help us get our granite right and we really appreciate it.
