I was the ultimate worst customer ever; I have no sense of design and had never looked at a slab of granite in my life. I first met Selena on 8-18-11-picked out my granite and received the quote for my counter tops. Who knew that my husband and two sons were interior designers? I got the thumbs down on that granite and two subsequent choices.....on 10/28/11, my counter tops were installed. This after several phone calls, emails and three visits to the showroom. On my final visit, Selena patiently spent more than two hours with me and helped me pick out the perfect granite for my remodel. Then, I got cold feet just before the fabrication began and she was willing to pull the whole job to let me find a different slab-thankfully, by then I had decided on the color just worried about the specific slab. Selena sent me pictures of the templated area (which she had worked with me three days before to lay out), I was reassured and we proceeded. As a new granite consumer, I had questions about the install and was contacted immediately by Mega Granite to address my concerns and they sent out a representative to take a look. My experience with Mega Granite was first rate and Selena was/is amazing. I'm looking forward to remodeling my bathrooms next year---Selena has already shown me some amazing marble! Here is a picture of the granite but I'll need to send pictures later when the back splash is installed so the effect of this really dynamic granite can be seen!
